Vacation Kitchen

3 pounds of lamb weighed, pattied, cooked, packaged, plated, thrown in the fridge and freezer.

2 pounds of turkey weighed, pattied, cooked, packaged, plated, thrown in the fridge and freezer.

2 pounds of pork weighed, pattied, cooked, packaged, plated, thrown in the fridge and freezer.

2 pounds of salmon weighed, pattied, cooked, packaged, plated, thrown in the fridge and freezer.

3 heads of broccoli cut, washed, dried, weighed, bagged, plated, and refrigerated.

2 heads of cauliflower cut, washed, dried, weighed, bagged, plated, and refrigerated.

All fruits, meat, and veggies organized into a 4 day rotating diet and ready to be put into the blender.

4 rounds of dishes and counter wiping to eliminate cross contamination.

Oh how fun it is to catch up after being on vacation!
